Patient-Centric Bespoke Wordpress Website for KIMS Hospital
KIMS Hospital approached us to completely redesign and develop a new website and supporting digital services, with a healthy focus on accessibility and speed. We used our evidence based approach to get under the skin of their customers and build digital solutions that reflected their needs.
Who are KIMS Hospital?
KIMS Hospital is the largest independent hospital in Kent.
What they needed
KIMS Hospital needed a new website for their expanding business: their previous site was dated and not accessible. It didn't reflect the brand, it was hard to find content and it was not optimised for mobile.
What they wanted was a modern, simple, easy-to-navigate site that clearly displayed their values and expertise. They also wanted to increase conversion activity and have a dedicated careers website.
They came to us with different key audiences they wanted to maximise the effectiveness of their site for. These included segments of different patients, including returning, new, NHS, undergoing treatments, and staff.
KIMS Hospital were already working with a partner of ours for SEO content. Therefore, it was important that we built in technical functionality for their ongoing content plan.
Our Solution
The client's preference was WordPress , so we built the solution using this technology.
When we joined the project, we already had details on the discovery phase. We took this, integrated it into our defined phase, and ran with it. We iterated on design, develop and deliver until we reached the final product. All these phases involved comprehensive wireframing, prototyping and continuous collaboration with KIMS Hospital.
